WE GATHER HERE
Somewhere between the water line and the wall, WE GATHER HERE... Same circle. Still becoming. Carriers of memory. Keepers of the count. The ones who never fully left, and the ones returning with outside eyes. Pulled home to the family reunion. Born at the crossroads of Octavia Butler's Parable of the Talents, Brother from Another Planet, and The Wiz, WE GATHER HERE is a dance-theater work and sound bath experience imagining the intimate spaces where we retreat to confide and rehabilitate.
