Since 2000…

Trisk has been an integral part of Brooklyn's cultural landscape by presenting dance and movement artists in our theater and nurturing their creative processes in our rehearsal studios. To date, over 800 original productions have graced our stages!

In 2023, our programming reached new heights, supporting the work of 120 artists with nearly every production achieving sold-out status. Our annual lineup of up to sixteen productions includes guest curations, split-bill performances, evening-length premieres, and artist-in-residence programs, providing invaluable opportunities for artists to share their work at various stages of development. Plus, we provide spaces for artists to both take and teach classes. These offerings constitute the very heart and soul of our organization, embodying our commitment to fostering artistic expression and enriching the cultural fabric of our community.
