Our performance rentals offer a comprehensive package, covering everything you need for a successful production. This includes innovative template-based lighting, the expertise of a skilled theater technician, and professional house and box office management. We also provide a range of add-on services to tailor your rental to your specific needs, such as pre or post-show receptions, set and prop storage, additional technical rehearsals, photo calls, and more.
In addition to these services, your rental includes access to our dressing room and outdoor gardens. And we're proud to offer subsidized studio rehearsal rates, allowing you to book rehearsal space as far in advance as you need. Our ultimate goal is to provide seamless production support that enhances your creativity and ensures a successful event.
SHOWINGS & OPEN REHEARSALS
This distinctive offering is a tech-free rental in our theater, perfect for open rehearsals, works-in-progress showings, and any time you want to share your work in front of a live audience.
MEDIA PRODUCTION
Our media production rentals are tailored to meet the needs of a wide range of media projects, including photo calls, sizzle reels, small film productions, and more. This rental includes a skilled theater technician to operate our theatrical equipment to highlight your vision and provide a polished, professional-quality media project.
