Late Arrivals: Out of respect for the performers and audience members, late seating and re-entry to the theater will be at a suitable break in the performance at the discretion of management and is not guaranteed. Please be aware that some of our productions do not offer late seating. UNCLAIMED TICKETS WILL BE RELEASED TO THE WAITLIST 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO CURTAIN.
Refunds: Refunds can be made up to 24 hours before the ticketed date, or if at any time, symptoms from COVID-19 prevent attendance. Please email trisk@triskelionarts.org for all refunds.
Cancelled Performance: In the unlikely event of a canceled performance, there are options! Ticket holders can transfer their tickets to another performance date of the same production (subject to availability), receive a refund, or donate their ticket amount to Triskelion Arts.
